Because each ceramic piece is handcrafted and one‑of‑a‑kind, all purchases (including non-ceramic items) are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, and shipping fees/taxes are non-refundable.
Quality & Craftsmanship:
Our ceramics may feature natural variations in color, texture, and form. These characteristics are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
Order Cancellations:

All ceramic pieces are made and packaged with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. This window ensures each item is handled safely and prepared for transit with the attention it deserves.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories. Orders placed with addresses outside our shipping range will be canceled.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the 5–7 day processing period.
